HITT is a great option when you have limited time and want fast results. Excellent cardiovascular exercise.

Kettlebell Workout

A great class for all fitness levels. Using a barbell this class will shape, tone and strengthen your entire body, the key is the reps. High Repetition movements with lighter weight loads. Start at your own level and watch yourself develop and increase in strength each session. Please talk to your trainer if you have any pre-existing injuries.

A 45 minute ride that will focus on endurance, strength, intervals high intensity and recovery. Here to challenge and burn the legs and lungs. This heart pumping sweat dripping workout will challenge and push you forward in your fitness goals. Take your fitness to the next level with the latest equipment from Group Cycle Connect.

REFORMER/MAT PILATES BURN

All BURN Pilates classes provide a full body workout, Pilates strengthens the core, tones and improves flexibility.
You will be challenged to create the full body BURN.

 

All Reformer classes are capped to 6 to ensure form and technique is a focus.
Fully certified Studio Pilates instructors.

Fitness for future mothers

BURN PRE/POST NATAL

Pilates is an effective way to stay in shape during pregnancy. Classes will be designed to help with balance, keeping your body healthy and active throughout pregnancy.

 

  • Please get clearance from your lead maternity care provider.

  • Post-natal: are you looking to restore strength and function of deep abdominals and pelvic floor, also aiding in diastasis recti recovery.

  • Open to mothers 8 weeks postpartum, please get clearance from your lead maternity care provider regarding resuming exercise.

BURN HITT REFORMER

Pilates exercises paired with active recovery which gets the heart pumping. This class may include, kettlebells, resistance bands, balls and jump boards.

Reformer Workout

BURN PILATES BEGINNER

Are you new to Reformer Pilates? It's a fantastic all over fitness workout, perfect for those looking for the burn without the impact. First we get your started in our beginner class for 3x sessions and learn the basics, core engagement, exercises and how the reformer works.

Once you've mastered the basics and your core is engaged you are ready to move to the more advanced BURN REFORMER class.

 

After 3 classes you will be ready to move into the Reformer BURN class.

Classes are structured to build core strength and stability, don’t underestimate this full body workout. These classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and work to promote a healthy body balance and stretch out any tight spots.

Group Reformer Workout

BURN REFORMER

This fitness class has a reputation for being highly addictive. Reformer burn is the ultimate choice to create lean muscle toning.

 

Use the springs to help lengthen and strengthen or added resistance for more of a challenge. Feel the burn while increasing your all over flexibility and strength.

 

To ensure your physical safety if you are new to reformer Pilates you must complete 3x beginner classes to stabilise and engage your core.
